Transforming Battery Cell Performance: Albion Technologies’ Module-less Design at TEMPEST’s Project

TEMPEST associated partner, Albion Technologies, works on the module-less design of the demonstrators and subsequent freedom this gives to the design of the components is allowing for a drive in the innovation of Albion’s cell design and chemistry which allows for a more power dense (w/kg, w/ltr) and safer design of battery cell which allows for other components within the demonstrator to match this rise in performance which is providing TEMPEST to be on track to achieve the KPI’s set out at the beginning of the project.
